Halliburton is one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the oil and gas industries. This company constructed a large, regional service center in Rock Springs, Wyoming. West Plains Engineering provided mechanical and electrical engineering services necessary to value engineer and design the heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for the complex. These systems included ventilation, make-up air and radiant heating for the shop areas, as well as heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for the two-story central offices.
