The Lone Tree Wellness Center, a new 20,000 square foot community wellness facility in Lone Tree, IA, was recently selected for two notable design awards.
On Sept. 20, the project earned an AIA-Iowa Excellence in Design Merit award at the organization’s annual conference in Des Moines. The award is selected by an independent jury of regional architects and was given to just seven projects out of 70 entries.
On Oct. 12, the project went on to receive an award at the AIA Central States conference. This event is similar to the state AIA, but is on a broader scale and includes work from firms throughout the Midwest.
