Medium Voltage Master Plan | Sheldon, IA

West Plains Engineering’s Electrical Specialties Division worked with Northwest Iowa Community College to create current existing condition documents, as well as a study with recommendations for future medium voltage enhancements.

This project included:

• Development of a CAD 1-line diagram for the medium voltage system.
• Development of a CAD site plan for the medium voltage system.
• Development of a master plan based on owner direction of future needs and college growth.
• Provide an Arc Flash Assessment, Overcurrent Protective Device Coordination and Short Circuit Analysis
  report. This would include the main switchgear, transformers and the building main distribution panels.
  Arc Flash label installation.
• Detailed equipment list as extensive as NCC requires.
