Recreation & Classroom Addition | Grand Meadow, MN

West Plains Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design for a new addition for a wellness and recreation center and classrooms for the Grand Meadow School District in Grand Meadow, MN.

The 46,000 square foot addition includes four new classrooms, a competition gymnasium, new main entry lobby for the gym, locker and coaches rooms, weight rooms and a wrestling room.

The mechanical design features a heat pump system utilizing a boiler and dry coolers.

The project also included motorized bleachers, backboards, batting cages and divider curtains.
