West Plains Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design services for both major infills at the Black Hills Eye Institute. Project features included new variable air volume systems, computer based temperature control system, new steam generating and distribution system to accommodate sterilizers and humidification. A medical gas storage and distribution system was installed to serve the Operating and Recovery Rooms.
