Speculative Hanger | Casper, WY

West Plains provided mechanical and electrical design for a new 12,000 square foot airport hangar with a mezzanine and office area at the Casper/Natrona International Airport in Casper, WY.

The hangar is a 10,000 square foot metal building, and the office area is a 2,000 square foot attached space. The 2,000 square foot upper-level mezzanine is located at the back of the hangar. Notably, the floor of the hangar is polished concrete with in-floor radiant heat, but no electrical floor boxes. The office tenant infill was designed as a part of the project but was not completed.
