Hotel on Phillips is a new, 90-room boutique hotel in downtown Sioux Falls, SD.

Originally built as the Sioux Falls National Bank in 1918, the space now offers modern hospitality amenities including upscale guest rooms and suites, a cocktail lounge, coffee bar, board room and meeting space, business center, fitness center, a library and much more.

Although the building systems and amenities have been updated to today’s lifestyle, the architectural design remained true to the structure’s history. Centered in the lobby is the bank’s original vault with a 16-ton door surrounded by a grand entrance heralding back more than a century.
