Prairie Lakes Wellness Center

Community Aquatic & Fitness Facility | Watertown, SD

With almost 105,000 square feet on 2 levels, the Prairie Lakes Wellness Center offers the Watertown community basketball and racquetball courts, cardio fitness rooms, space for spin classes and yoga, and two saunas. Last but not least is an 8-lane competition pool, whirlpool, and a separate 3-lane recreational pool with an indoor water park and water slide. West Plains Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical engineering design for the $21 million project, which was completed in 2017.
