At nearly 7,000 years old, beer is the oldest recorded recipe in the world, originally scribed from Papyrus scrolls by the Egyptians in 5,000 B.C. Since then, brewing beer has matured into a fascinating process. It’s a complex, multi-step journey that takes raw grain through mashing, boiling, fermentation, filtering, packaging, dispensation and ultimately – delicious consumption.
